Forge Consulting in Chicago seeks a Structured Settlement Sales Consultant to build attorney relationships and inform them about settlement planning and wealth management services.

The role requires a bachelor’s in business or finance, 6+ years in financial planning, and strong communication skills. You will develop sales plans, generate opportunities, manage CRM, and travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance required.
• 6+ years of financial planning or related experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and profit growth.
• Strong MS Office and CRM skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sales plan, goals, strategies, budget, etc.
• Produce new attorney relationship opportunities and capture plans that generate new business leads.
• Provide reporting and tracking of progress of sales leads.
• Becomes involved in attorney network organizations to generate opportunities, possibly presenting at conferences.
• Maintain communication with attorney, client, supervisor, and colleagues to ensure feedback is acted on.
• Serve as customer liaison, understand issues and provide solutions when possible.
• Research, identify, and execute opportunities in appropriate market.
• Manage company resources and promote brand awareness.
• Maintain accurate client files in the CRM and other databases.
• Other duties as assigned
