Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for pre-sales, installation, and post-sales maintenance of Commercial Services products.
• Maintain competency in established area(s) of expertise through vendor and industry training; liaise with manufacturers on upgrades.
• Gather and update data pertaining to tools, resources, products, and applications regularly.
• Develop and apply technology for customers’ use.
• Proactively develop innovative solutions and programs to enhance business opportunities.
• Provide active technical mentoring for Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Interface with senior-level customer contacts, identify customer needs, contribute technical expertise to proposals, handle objections, and deliver compelling presentations.
• Follow through on customer inquiries, demonstrate responsiveness, and present highly technical topics including advanced products and business solutions to large groups.
