Job summary

3R Sustainability is seeking a Sustainability Consultant to help clients embed sustainability into business strategy, operations, and value chains. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, guide reviews, and drive decisions that improve performance and risk management.

You will work with technical consultants to deliver reports, EcoVadis submissions, and materiality assessments while shaping proposals and new work. Remote, with global client exposure.

Qualifications

• At least three years of professional experience in client-facing project management or sustainability consulting.
• Experience coordinating EcoVadis, CDP, or similar sustainability assessments.
• Ability to translate complex sustainability concepts into business terms for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple client engagements from delivery planning to execution.
• Draft sustainability reports and manage EcoVadis submissions end-to-end.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and service leads to produce outputs.
• Track risks, scope changes, and ensure timely client deliverables.
• Support proposals, scoping, and transition from sales to delivery.
