Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years Sourcing & Buying-Procurement experience)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management and Sourcing
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier selection, proposals, quotes, negotiation, approvals, award, and contract drafting
• Manage internal and external relationships to drive PO execution
• Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and supplier activities
• Maintain supplier order health to prevent contracts from running out of quantity or time and renegotiate as needed
• Lead analysis of accounts payable discrepancies for timely reconciliation
• Engage suppliers on parts procurement and technical changes
