Watershed Advisors is seeking a Senior Director of Business Operations to lead the Strategy & Operations Team, overseeing business development, contracts, risk, and FP&A while partnering with the CFO to strengthen financial sustainability.

This fully remote role supports nationwide clients across education and workforce projects, requiring strong negotiation, pricing strategy, data-driven decision making, and a builder's mindset to scale operations and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Contract negotiation experience with pricing strategy.
• Government contracting, compliance, and risk expertise.
• Business development and contracts experience in government/social sector consulting.
• Strong pricing and profitability mindset with cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD pipeline reporting and contract status across engagements.
• Set negotiation parameters and provide hands-on support on pricing.
• Oversee contract administration, compliance, and risk across multiple contract models.
• Improve systems (CRM, finance, contracts) to reduce friction and improve reliability.
• Build and develop the Business & Contracts team and capacity across delivery.
