Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Director of Corporate Communications to protect and elevate the company’s reputation with stakeholders. You will lead messaging across internal and external channels, shape narratives for executives, and drive thought leadership aligned with corporate strategy.

This role demands exceptional writing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in corporate or agency environments in corporate communications, public relations or content marketing.
• Experience working with company executives/leaders on corporate messaging and presentations.
• Experience in internal and external corporate communications (media relations/PR).
• Proficiency with digital communications and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supports internal communications to engage corporate, functional teams, and associates.
• Ensures consistent messaging across the organization through internal & external channels.
• Crafts messages, programs, and materials for stakeholder understanding and action.
• Edits and produces intranet/external content, executive communications, and social posts.
• Captures and shares success stories illustrating Breakthru’s value for partners, customers, and teams.
• Delivers communications that support corporate strategy and executive needs, including call materials and newsletters.
• Develops relationships with HR and other stakeholders to identify communications opportunities.
• Measures results of communications and reports progress to stakeholders.
• Supports development of templates and toolkits for other professionals.
