Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners is hiring an Internal Store Auditor to perform precise inventory counts and audits across multiple convenience stores. The role requires travel to assigned locations, on-site inspections, and thorough documentation of findings using designated mobile apps.

A GED or high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required. You'll support store teams, ensure policy compliance, and communicate results to Territory/Area Managers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with diverse store teams.
• Proficient with audit apps and mobile devices for on-site data capture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct precise inventory counts to verify on-hand accuracy.
• Verify financial and operational data with store policies.
• Identify discrepancies and correct before leaving site.
• Document findings via mobile apps with photographic evidence.
• Assess store conditions and adherence to policies.
• Complete inspections timely to aid audits and report results to managers.
• Guide store teams on compliance and best practices for audit readiness.
• Occasionally perform other operations roles as needed.
• Travel within and outside the area, including flights and overnight stays.
• Adapt to variable schedules to cover multiple locations.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
• Foster positive relationships with store personnel.
• Verify audit results for accuracy and prepare detailed reports.
