Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a System Administrator to manage enterprise storage and backup environments, ensuring data availability, performance, and recoverability across SAN, NAS, backup, replication, and disaster recovery platforms.

You will collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and vendor teams to support production workloads, capacity planning, and operational reliability, including on-call support and lifecycle planning.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of storage/backup administration or related technical role.
• Experience managing enterprise storage platforms (SAN/NAS).
• Experience managing backup and recovery platforms, policies, schedules, retention, and restoration.
• Strong understanding of volumes, LUNs, snapshots, replication, performance, capacity, and data integrity.
• Familiarity with VMware, Linux, Windows servers, and storage networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise storage solutions including SAN, NAS, and related platforms.
• Monitor storage health, availability, performance, utilization, and capacity.
• Provision, expand, modify, and decommission storage resources per standards.
• Troubleshoot storage performance, connectivity, capacity, replication, and data availability issues.
• Maintain storage configurations, access controls, snapshots, replication, and data protection settings.
• Assist with storage lifecycle planning, upgrades, migrations, and optimization.
• Ensure storage platforms are configured for reliability, performance, and data integrity.
• Manage and maintain enterprise backup platforms, jobs, schedules, and retention.
• Monitor backup job success, failures, performance, capacity, and health.
• Troubleshoot backup failures, missed jobs, replication issues, retention problems, and recovery errors.
• Perform regular backup validation and recovery testing.
