Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Steam Turbine Project Engineering Manager to lead complex projects including Capital Parts, Upgrades, and valve solutions for industrial and nuclear fleets. You will manage engineering teams, subcontractors, and interfaces to deliver quality documentation on schedule and within budget.

Reporting to the global Steam Turbine Requisition Engineering Manager, you will ensure safety, compliance, and fast delivery while guiding continuous improvement and lean initiatives across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or related field.
• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience in turbomachinery or power plant components.
• 5 years of project execution experience.
• Willing to travel up to 20% regionally or globally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver steam turbine projects for Own Fleet Capital Parts and Upgrades.
• Coordinate engineering, Workshops, Supply Chain and Field Service for project setup.
• Apply Propolis and OneEngineering for on-time delivery within budget.
• Follow global standards and processes to ensure quality.
• Organize and lead Design Reviews during execution.
• Drive innovation and lean improvements.
