Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Steam Turbine Project Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams on complex turbine projects, including Capital Parts, Upgrades and Studies. You’ll drive deliverables with internal and external interfaces, ensuring safety and quality on schedule and budget.

You will apply standardized tools and processes, manage multi-location teams, and uphold integrity and compliance while delivering lean project execution for global fleets in the Americas and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or related field.
• 5+ years in mechanical engineering of turbomachinery or related tech function.
• 5+ years in project execution with upgrades or complex studies.
• Travel up to 20% regionally/globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead project engineering teams for Steam Turbine projects (Capitals, Upgrades, Studies).
• Coordinate interfaces with engineering, workshops, supply chain and field service.
• Apply Propolis and OneEngineering to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Organize design reviews and uphold quality and safety standards.
