Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Full-Time Faculty Advisor for Mathematics and Statistics to support North America Higher Education customers. The role requires expert knowledge of Pearson MyLab and college-level Statistics instruction, with travel for trainings and conferences.

Candidates should have a Master’s in Statistics and 5+ years of teaching at the collegiate level, plus comfort with digital product implementation and international clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics is required.
• At least 5 years of full-time collegiate teaching experience in Statistics.
• Power-user experience with Pearson MyLab is required.
• Experience with LMS platforms is preferred.
• Online teaching experience preferred.
• Experience with Copilot and other Generative AI tools is a plus.
• Ability to engage with international customers in different time zones is a plus.
• Strong presentation experience at conferences, department meetings, and events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with course-level administrators to advise on integration of Pearson digital products.
• Consult on digital assessment, grading, and reporting strategies; provide guidance on MyLab usage.
• Consult with customers on modifying or creating content.
• Create department-specific training resources (videos, guides, webinars).
• Advise Product teams on development of new platforms, tools, and features.
• Collaborate with Sales in campaigns, calls, and demonstrations.
• Provide written documentation of recommendations and evolution of course design and implementation.
