Reddit, Inc. is seeking a thoughtful Staff Product Designer to join our Growth Design team in a remote-friendly role. You’ll help shape how people discover Reddit, convert to app, engage more deeply, and influence the roadmap with Product and Engineering.

You’ll thrive on high-velocity experiments, translate complex user behavior into engaging systems, and design scalable patterns across surfaces. You’ll prototype with code, present designs to leadership, and raise the bar for the organization.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of product design experience in growth or high-scale environments.
• Proficiency in prototyping via code using tools like Cursor.
• Strong portfolio showing measurable impact on acquisition, conversion, retention, or growth metrics.
• Ability to operate at staff level and influence direction across a broad portfolio.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for executive reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead through ambiguity by turning broad business problems into design strategies and actionable scopes.
• Drive end-to-end growth work and shape the broader engagement system, not just a single feature.
• Shape high-visibility experiences across Reddit-owned and partner surfaces with clarity and quality.
• Use code-based prototyping to build high-fidelity, real-data prototypes to de-risk ideas.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design leadership to influence priorities and strategy.
• Present design directions with data-driven insights to senior leadership.
• Raise the bar for visual and interaction design through systems thinking and reusable components.
• Translate data and experiment results into compelling narratives for executives.
