Job summary

You will join Young Life as a Staff Associate I in Baton Rouge, working in a remote-capable environment with school-based ministry at Dunham School. The role focuses on spiritual development, leadership training, fundraising and direct ministry with students.

Expect to engage in team-based ministry, plan youth programs, and support donor relations while developing personal spiritual maturity through core and regional training.

Qualifications

• Proven relational skills with kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to plan and conduct Young Life clubs and Campaigners with excellence.
• Plan summer and school-season ministry activities and camping strategies.
• Engage in all levels of contact work and develop ministry plans.
• Train and supervise volunteers, recruit leaders, and build a strong team.
