Qualifications

• Certification as a Residential or General appraiser is required.
• High School Diploma/GED is mandatory; College Degree is preferred.
• Prior valuation experience with a major lender or AMC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete quality Desktop and Field appraisal assignments.
• Perform quality control reviews on complex valuation reports.
• Contact field appraisers to resolve revision requests.
