Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified appraiser in Tennessee required.
• Experience in appraising a broad range of property types.
• Prior valuation experience with a major lender or AMC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete quality desktop and field appraisal assignments.
• Perform quality control reviews on complex valuation reports.
• Independently resolve quality control escalations.
