Responsibilities

• Provide Desktop and Field appraisal reports according to client requirements.
• Conduct quality control reviews on complex valuation reports.
• Resolve complex quality control escalations with field appraisers and lender clients.

Skills

Certified Residential/General Appraiser designation

Sufficient computer skills

Proficiency in Microsoft software products

Ability to work independently

Education

High School Diploma/GED required
