Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking an Accountant to rigorously test AI-driven accounting outputs by applying real-world standards, auditing journal entries, and validating reconciliations.

You’ll write prompts that test bookkeeping, review AI outputs for misapplied rules and arithmetic slips, and write the correct answer with the working clearly shown. This flexible, remote, project-based role welcomes CPAs, ACCA, or equivalent accounting experience and strong written English.

Qualifications

• CPA/ACCA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Fluent written English.
• Experience with bookkeeping, financial reporting, or tax.

Responsibilities

• Write prompts that test bookkeeping, reporting standards, and tax scenarios.
• Review AI output for misapplied standards, arithmetic slips, and entries that don’t reconcile, and rate the reasoning.
• Write the correct answer when the model falls short, with the working shown clearly.
