Job summary

10Pearls is seeking a Mid-Level Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen our platform and operations team. You will balance production reliability with platform engineering across AWS infrastructure, Terraform, CI/CD, and container operations on ECS.

The role emphasizes autonomous work on scoped services and close collaboration with Engineering and QA to improve operational practices. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in DevOps/SRE roles, hands-on AWS experience, and strong IaC, CI/CD, and

Responsibilities

Define and monitor SLOs and SLIs with Engineering teams to maintain production stability.
Participate in on-call rotations to triage, mitigate, and resolve incidents and contribute to post-incident reviews.
Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD for safe, repeatable deployments.
Configure monitoring with Datadog and AWS CloudWatch and tune alerts.
Operate container workloads on Docker and ECS; manage deployment and runtime issues.
Develop automation scripts (Bash, Python) to reduce toil and improve platform processes.
Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Product, and Security across the SDLC.
