Job summary

Pacific Coast Speech Services, a member of Point Quest Group, is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for a remote role serving K-12 students in Earlimart, CA. You will assess, plan, and provide direct therapy to support communication goals and access to education.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining IEP-aligned documentation. We offer mentorship, CEU opportunities, and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including supervision hours (if applicable).
