Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for remote opportunities. You will evaluate and treat children with ASD, delivering data-driven therapy and collaborating with BCBAs and families.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and ASHA CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility. Flexible schedules, mentorship, comprehensive benefits, and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
• Active state SLP licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP (or Clinical Fellowship eligibility).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy targeting speech, language, and social communication goals.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers to support treatment goals.
• Partner with BCBAs and clinical staff for interdisciplinary care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting in the EHR.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
