Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a fully remote position serving K-12 students in South Carolina for the 2026-2027 school year.

This W-2 role offers up to $54/hour, 37.5 hours per week, comprehensive benefits, licensure and CEU reimbursements, a 401(k) match, and mileage/travel allowances as needed, with supportive mentorship from a therapist-led team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Licensure from the South Carolina LLR as an SLP.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
