Pharmacy Careers is seeking a Specialty Pharmacist to support high-impact therapies across oncology, autoimmune, and rare diseases. The role offers remote and hybrid flexibility, with opportunities to advance within a confidential healthcare organization partnering with specialty pharmacies nationwide.

You'll collaborate with prescribers, nurses, and case managers, provide patient counseling, monitor therapy effectiveness, and stay current on REMS programs and new therapies.

Qualifications

• Education: PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy.
• Licensure: Active U.S. pharmacist license (all states encouraged).
• Experience: Hospital, specialty, or community preferred. New graduates and pharmacists from other settings are welcome.
• Skills: Strong communication, patient education, and ability to manage high-touch, high-cost therapies.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify specialty medication prescriptions with precision and care.
• Provide counseling and ongoing support for patients managing complex or chronic conditions.
• Monitor therapy effectiveness, adherence, and barriers to successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with prescribers, nurses, payers, and case managers to coordinate care.
• Stay current on specialty drug pipelines, REMS programs, and new therapies.
