The role emphasizes contracting, provider engagement, and data-driven decision making to drive cost savings and better patient outcomes across a dynamic, travel-heavy field force.

Qualifications

• Experience with providers, health plans, or value-based care organizations to improve outcomes.
• Experience with provider contracting or rate negotiation.
• Ability to translate data into actionable provider changes.
• Proven track record of driving adoption and achieving measurable results.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Network Performance and specialist providers.
• Develop contracts for specialist and ancillary providers.
• Build trusted relationships to improve quality, access, and cost.
• Lead data-driven discussions on utilization and referral patterns.
• Identify barriers to outpatient utilization and implement strategies.
• Monitor provider adoption of changes and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Clinical, and Network Performance teams.
