Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; preferred higher education.
• Pass a ParaPro Praxis, ACT WorkKeys or equivalent; associate degree or two years of college coursework accepted.
• Experience supporting students with disabilities in a remote/virtual setting.
• Comfort with virtual learning platforms and digital tools.
• Strong communication and timely documentation of observations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct academic support to students with disabilities in a virtual setting.
• Implement IEP accommodations and modifications with consistency.
• Monitor student participation and progress; provide timely updates to the instructional team.
• Collaborate with special education teachers, content instructors, and affiliate staff.
• Foster independence and engagement in an online learning environment.
