The Coordinator will manage the Special Education Department, supervise paraprofessionals and teachers, and collaborate with leadership to enhance program effectiveness

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication with parents, staff, and external agencies.
• Strong technology skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Proven leadership in educational settings and team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance monitoring for special education due process requirements and staff caseloads.
• Oversee due process timelines and records; provide guidance to teachers.
• Represent the district at IEP meetings and coordinate service delivery across grades.
