Job summary

Stride, Inc. seeks a Special Education Compliance Coordinator for Louisiana partner schools in a remote, full-time role.

You will ensure SPED reporting and compliance across districts, maintaining deadlines and relationships with state/regional leaders to support school success. This role requires a bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and comfort using Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree AND two years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Great organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; experience using databases; Web proficiency.
• Diagnostician Certification preferred.
• Experience teaching online and in brick-and-mortar environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with policy implementation for Special Education programs.
• Develop relationships with state/regional/district-level leaders.
• Coordinate and organize student records for partner districts.
• Track and inform teachers of IEP/ARD compliance dates.
• Work with parents and students on compliance-related matters.
