Responsibilities

• Represent the agency at administrative hearings, conferences, and settlements.
• Navigate federal and state education laws and regulations.
• Prepare filings, agreements, and reports with accuracy.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and fee discussions.
• Collaborate with education specialists, attorneys, and staff; train others.
• Research case law, gather evidence, and advise on compliance.
