Job summary

CrowdGen by Appen seeks native Spanish speakers for a remote project to record short, one-sided phone calls in Spanish for voice AI training. Participants will work as independent contractors, recording multiple brief sessions and submitting metadata on a secure platform.

Flexible schedule and payment are provided per QA-approved session. Pay ranges from $6.00 to $15.00 total based on 4–10 approved sessions; NDA and consent are required, with demographic quotas ensuring balanced representation

Qualifications

• Native Spanish speaker aged 18+.
• Able to read and follow short instructions in Spanish.
• Own an iPhone 17 series or comparable model.
• Quiet indoor recording space with no background noise.
• Complete 4–10 calls of 1–2 minutes each.
• Capable of spreading calls across days with required gaps.
• Comfortable improvising unscripted calls following a 6-step flow.
• Use only fake names and account numbers; sign NDA and follow guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Record solo calls on CrowdGen secure platform.
• Submit basic metadata after each call.
