Job summary

Edmentum is seeking a Virtual Spanish Teacher to deliver live, on-camera instruction to students in a fully remote learning setting. You will personalize learning, monitor progress, and provide timely feedback while maintaining engaging, structured online classes five hours a day.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and an active state teaching license in Minnesota or Kansas for Global Languages: Spanish (grades 6-12).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education required.
• Active state teaching license in Minnesota and/or Kansas for Global Languages: Spanish (grades 6-12).
• Experience teaching virtually or in-person in a live online classroom.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, on-camera synchronous instruction for five or more hours per day on scheduled instructional days.
• Personalize instruction using student performance data and address learning gaps.
• Provide timely, meaningful feedback and maintain accurate records for students and families.
• Build strong relationships with students and families through professional communication.
• Collaborate with school partners and Edmentum colleagues to ensure high-quality support across the learning experience.
