Qualifications

• Experience in evaluation, annotation, or human-rating of content in Spanish (Spain).
• Ability to apply long rubrics consistently across multi-page tasks.
• Strong written reasoning linking issues to rubric clauses.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Spanish (Spain) outputs against a versioned rubric.
• Compare paired responses and justify the stronger answer.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and flag rubrics for updates.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores with calibration against gold examples.
• Document recurring failure modes for model improvement.
