Job summary

Kelly is hiring for remote Spanish Interpreters to work from home and handle high-volume inbound calls. The role requires full bilingual fluency in Spanish and English and a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Training is provided: 3 weeks, 5am-12:30 PST. Candidates must reside in the United States; video interpreting may occur during duties. This is a long-term contract with benefits options and a focus on serving diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Fully fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Able to work a minimum of 25 hours a week.
• Manual dexterity to type or write notes.
• Previous experience not required.
• Education or work experience in teaching or translation considered an asset.
• Comfortable being on camera as interpreting in video calls will be a mandatory occurrence.

Responsibilities

• Handling real-time Live calls on demand in a quiet home office.
• Help interpret Spanish/English conversations for a wide range of industries including Healthcare, Government entities, Police Services, Insurance, Financial, and Travel & Hospitality.
• Interpreting Spanish/English conversations that may be simple, complex, or technical.
