Job summary

Vettedlance is seeking a remote, part-time transcriptionist to convert spoken Spanish into clean, accurate text for AI training. You will transcribe recordings, correct drafts, and ensure every word, speaker, and pause is precise.

You will mark speakers, note dialects or context when requested, and maintain high accuracy across various accents. Prior transcription or subtitling experience is a plus, with flexible hours between 10–40 per week.

Qualifications

• Native or professional-level Spanish with good written English for instructions.
• Sharp listening across accents and dialects.
• High accuracy on repetitive, detail-heavy work.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe Spanish audio word-for-word using the project style guide.
• Correct errors in machine-generated or earlier transcripts.
• Mark speakers, unclear passages, noise and unusable clips.
• Add notes on dialect, accent or context when asked.
