Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities with internship or professional experience in retailing, merchandising, or sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new analytical tools and space-planning processes quickly.
• Willingness to relocate within the United States as appropriate for development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage or support space management and assortment planning projects from data prep through completion.
• Conduct space planning, drawing, and validation for merchandising and retail sets.
• Collect, cleanse, combine, and validate customer data for space planning tools.
• Apply retailer standards and merchandising guidelines for consistent space solutions.
• Maintain and refine scorecards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with IT and technical teams to use relevant analytics platforms.
• Partner with category leadership to plan projects and deliver initiatives.
• Identify opportunities aligning with broader category strategies.
• Use category management platforms to support daily activities.
• Develop proficiency in space planning software, processes, and analytics.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with sales, category management, and tech teams.
