Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM design for a multi-year finance transformation. This remote contract role requires deep expertise in COA redesign, data models, and cross-system integrations with boundary systems and data lake alignment.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in enterprise or ERP architecture and 7+ years with Oracle ERP platforms, including Fusion/EBS, and will mentor architecture teams through the transformation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise architecture or finance transformation.
• 7+ years with Oracle ERP platforms, including Fusion and/or EBS.
• Deep expertise in Oracle EPM architecture and implementation.
• Experience on finance transformation initiatives exceeding $100M.
• Leadership of COA modernization and financial data transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead architecture authority for Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM.
• Define future-state finance architecture across ERP, EPM, data, analytics, and boundary systems.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, Compliance, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, governance, and design patterns.
• Lead enterprise Chart of Accounts redesign, including segments, hierarchies, controls, and maintenance.
• Define crosswalks for legacy Oracle EBS and GBS to Oracle Fusion and reconciliation frameworks.
• Design planning, forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting architecture in Oracle EPM.
• Lead EPM hierarchy design, dimensional modeling, business rules, and reporting structures.
• Define COA-to-EPM mappings and finance data models for planning and forecasting.
• Develop universal subledger architecture, transaction models, event structures, and data lineage.
• Design real-time and batch integrations across boundary systems with governance and auditability.
• Define canonical finance data models, API, event-driven, and batch integration patterns.
• Establish master data management and cross-system reconciliation standards.
• Architect finance data pipelines into the enterprise data lake with harmonization strategies.
• Develop enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-ready finance data models.
• Review and approve solution designs, specs, data models, and integration patterns.
• Lead architecture reviews, risk assessments, and technology governance forums.
• Mentor architects and engineering teams throughout the transformation lifecycle.
