Job summary

Pacific Crest Group is a remote-friendly solutions partner seeking a Solution Consultant with expertise in Infor Syteline/CSI. You will demonstrate the product to prospects, align technology with business goals, and collaborate with senior leaders and SMEs.

You will travel to client sites as needed, build relationships, and help optimize ERP implementations through effective presentations and analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Supply Chain Solutions or Business Administration is required.
Experience presenting solutions to customers and stakeholders.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

Provides demonstrations of the Infor SyteLine/Infor CloudSuite Industrial to prospects based on their needs.
Partners with leaders and experts to deliver high-quality solutions to clients with consistency and accuracy.
Cultivates relationships with customers and prospects.
The current state of business technology resources and identify new technologies or upgrades/enhancements to existing technologies that have the potential to improve business performance.
Meets with end users to assess business objectives and define user needs.
