Job summary

Omnidian Inc is seeking an Invoicing Specialist on our Field Service team to manage end-to-end invoicing for completed work, ensuring alignment with contract terms.

You will collaborate with Field Service Providers, Partner Management, and Accounts Payable to review, process, and pay invoices, while auditing scopes and resolving discrepancies.

This role offers remote-friendly work and a pay range of $32–$38 per hour, with opportunities for growth within our fast-growing energy services company.

Qualifications

• Residential solar invoicing experience.
• Experience with FSP management and invoices.
• Ability to audit scopes and verify billing.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with Field Service Partners to secure missing deliverables required to process invoices.
• Audit client-initiated invoicing concerns and determine if the Scope of Work is accurate.
• Enter completed service pricing derived from FSP invoices, aligning with pricing tiers and billable party.
• Review Work Order histories and process Retroactive Non-covered Service Requests for invoicing.
