• Comfortable working with data to identify trends and support decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide research and analysis support on ad-hoc projects.
• Assist with gathering, documenting, and organizing business and user requirements.
• Help develop product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other docs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand customer and business needs.
• Support product discovery activities including user and competitive research.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist with prioritization and planning.
• Track product initiatives, milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions.
• Analyze product usage and feedback to identify trends and insights.
• Assist with testing new features to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Develop presentations and materials to communicate updates to stakeholders.
