Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience delivering projects as part of a team.
• Experience with React and Ruby on Rails in a full‑stack setting.
• Ability to write extensible, maintainable, and scalable code.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver small to medium‑sized projects across sprints.
• Collaborate with product and design to develop donor‑facing features.
• Break down work, estimate effort, and scope projects with ambiguity.
• Design scalable, high‑performance systems for all users.
• Contribute across the stack with React, TypeScript, and Rails.
• Ensure quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.
