Job description

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, thisSoftware Engineerwill play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the core infrastructure powering Eclipse.

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional Rust experience
• 1+ years crypto experience, preferably at an infrastructure company
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms in the context of blockchain technology
• Solana experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced distributed startup environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Design and develop infrastructure components for our protocol, using Rust and other relevant technologies
• Collaborate with our product manager and other engineers to translate product requirements into technical specifications and solutions
• Architect and implement distributed systems, smart contracts, and protocol-level features to support decentralized applications
• Conduct code reviews, write automated tests, and ensure code quality and reliability throughout the SDLC.
