Job summary

Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Software Developer, Applications & Integrations opportunity. You will build safe, efficient software systems including web-based applications for collecting and managing critical business data.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities, optimize workflows, and adhere to SDLC standards using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Azure services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying web applications.
• Proficiency with React.js, JavaScript, Python, C#, and Node.js.
• Experience with Azure Web Apps and Azure Functions.
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps.
• UI/UX engineering experience.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and database design.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Build safe, efficient, and reliable software systems including web apps.
• Create intelligent systems connecting AI with source systems and workflows.
• Streamline internal workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing accuracy.
• Adhere to SDLC and internal procedures based on industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss product development.
• Gather domain insights from subject matter experts for effective solutions.
• Optimize workflows based on user feedback.
• Stay up to date with software engineering developments.
• Use Excel and analysis tools to evaluate process efficiency.
• Utilize Azure and on-prem tooling in DevOps environments.
