Zusammenfassung

Oregon State University’s College of Education invites applications for fixed-term, non-tenure-track part-time Instructor positions to teach online for the 2026-2027 academic year. Courses focus on the Social Work major and are delivered fully online to undergraduates.

Some appointments may be renewed at the Dean’s discretion. Responsibilities include developing and delivering courses, aligning with the OSU Quality Teaching Framework, and participating in training to use Canvas and other tools.

Qualifikationen

• Earned Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field.
• Documented experience teaching, training, or facilitating learning or developing curriculum in the course content area.
• Record of work with underrepresented/underserved students or other audiences.
• Preferred: Doctorate degree in Social Work; two years of post-degree practice; online teaching experience; college-level teaching.

Aufgaben

• Develop and/or teach courses within the Social Work major programs.
• Align andragogical practices with the OSU Quality Teaching Framework to achieve equitable learning outcomes.
• Train and teach with technologies in Canvas and other online platforms.
• Teach CORE Education courses when assigned.
