Job summary

HeyDrew is seeking a Social Multimedia Producer on a 90-day contract to turn ideas into scroll-stopping social content end-to-end — concept, design, copy, publishing, editing, and posting. You'll own how our brand appears across social channels and craft on-brand assets, captions, and videos while managing the posting schedule.

This hands-on role blends design, video editing, and writing within a startup-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of social content production in design-led roles.
• Experience with SaaS, software, or AI brands is required.
• Strong graphic design, typography, color, and layout skills.
• Advanced video editing with captions and transcripts.
• Proficient in AI-assisted creation tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Produce content for social channels from concept through to finished, publish-ready assets, and edit and post videos.
• Design content for different social platforms using brand guidelines and design systems.
• Develop copy and messaging wrapping around content—captions, hooks, on-screen text, and video copy.
• Edit content directly, including video editing, transcripts, captions, and formatting copy.
• Manage and publish social posts, schedule, and maintain a steady content flow.
• Contribute to and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns and launches.
• Keep content consistent with brand voice and evolve templates within the design system.
• Repurpose content across formats and channels to maximize reach.
• Monitor engagement and respond in line with community guidelines.
• Track performance and use insights to refine future posts.
• Stay on top of platform trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Manage source files and assets so the team can reuse work.
• Collaborate with marketing and stakeholders to turn briefs into content.
