Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is offering a Social Acquisition Marketing Intern role as part of the Spring 2027 Strategic Student Program (SSP). This remote internship provides hands-on experience in social media marketing across major platforms while working with a global team of professionals.

You will assist in implementing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and gaining exposure to SEM, content creation, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Strong passion for social media marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and Reddit.

Responsibilities

• Partner with members from around the world to support, implement and optimize social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new ideas for social media content and campaigns.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify audience demographics, interests, and behaviors.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in content scheduling on multiple social media platforms.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitor strategies.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives as needed.
• Develop the ability to operate with minimal supervision over the course of the internship.
