Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s in marketing or communications a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Quick learner who can multitask and adapt easily.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Basic copywriting skills helpful but not required.
• No prior experience necessary – training provided.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content across multiple platforms.
• Write copy for emails, promotional materials, and online posts.
• Support the creation and coordination of marketing campaigns with the sales team.
• Organize and assist with promotional events, webinars, and digital campaigns.
• Compile data and prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Manage spreadsheets and databases with marketing information.
• Handle administrative tasks including email management and invoicing support.
• Collaborate with creative teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors.
• Manage user accounts for third-party marketing tools and services.
• Support the sales team with marketing materials and presentations.
