ModSquad is seeking Social Media Engagement moderators to help market specific locations as attractive holiday destinations across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram. You will inform, engage and inspire potential visitors through email, forums and social media.

Ideal candidates have travel experience, excellent English writing (French a plus), and the ability to craft creative, empathetic responses.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media engagement and moderation.
• Strong writing with English; French a plus.
• Weekend availability and 10 hours weekly.
• Based in US or Europe; remote work setup required.

Responsibilities

• Moderate social media engagement to market locations.
• Engage users via email, forums and social media.
• Research and source relevant answers promptly.
• Communicate tone creatively on social media.
• Be flexible to pick up extra shifts as needed.
