Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Digital Marketing, Journalism or related.
• 4–6 years of Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Digital Marketing, Journalism or related.
• In lieu of Education: 6 years Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Digital Marketing, Journalism or related.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social channels.
• Develop platform-native content in formats like short-form video, carousels, and reels.
• Shoot and edit social-first video content for channel requirements.
• Write clear social copy reflecting Alliant’s voice and campaign goals.
• Monitor performance, track KPIs, and refine future content.
