Job summary

Vivian Health is seeking a Marketing Associate specializing in Social Media & Content to grow our organic social presence and connect with nurses nationwide. You’ll act as the creative engine behind Vivian Health’s social and UGC efforts, producing videos, carousels, and graphics, and collaborating with marketers on strategy.

You’ll manage a daily publishing calendar, support influencer collaborations, and leverage AI tools to improve workflows, while helping campaigns come to life across

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience creating social media content for a brand, agency, or personal platform.
• Portfolio demonstrating your work in social media content.
• Strong visual storytelling and editing skills using Canva, Figma, CapCut or similar.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form video, carousels and graphics for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and more
• Maintain a content calendar posting daily Instagram Stories and manage our community across channels
• Monitor brand sentiment and community engagement
• Bring brand campaigns, giveaways and events to life, such as Nurses Week and World Mental Health Day
• Partner with paid marketing to source influencers and lead the creative process for paid influencer content
• Support influencer, UGC creator programs, and affiliate partnerships from outreach to contracts and payments
