Job summary

Quid is seeking a Social Media & Community Management Specialist to grow our social presence and foster meaningful relationships with audiences. You will manage Quid’s channels, engage online communities, and translate timely conversations into brand opportunities with data-backed content.

You will monitor HARO requests, connect journalists with insights, and collaborate with marketing to maximize impact. A remote US-wide role offers strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years in social media, community management, content marketing, communications or PR.
• Hands-on experience creating and publishing content for social media.
• Strong writing and editing skills for clear, engaging topics.
• Valid U.S. work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Quid’s day-to-day presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and others.
• Create, schedule, publish, and optimize social content with the marketing team.
• Monitor comments and messages, responding promptly and authentically.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, reporters, and industry voices.
• Identify trending topics and develop data-backed content.
• Support HARO and journalist connections with useful insights.
• Contribute to employee advocacy and executive social programs.
• Maintain a social content calendar and adapt to breaking news.
