Apexon is seeking a data engineer in a remote-capable role based in the United States, focusing on Snowflake-based architectures. You will implement the Medallion architecture, build data models, and ensure high-quality data pipelines across ingestion, transformation, and governance layers.

You will work with IICS to orchestrate workflows, maintain metadata, and validate data through end-to-end testing, contributing to scalable, trusted data products for enterprise use.

Mansioni

• Implement and maintain the approved Medallion Architecture, including Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers.
• Design and develop Snowflake databases, schemas, tables, views, data models, and curated data products.
• Use IICS to build data integration workflows for ingestion, transformation, orchestration, scheduling, monitoring, and error handling; profile data quality and document remediation.
• Maintain metadata: glossary terms, classifications, data domains, lineage, ownership, and stewardship using governance tools.
• Develop source-to-target mappings, transformation specifications, data dictionaries, and operational procedures; ensure data quality and referential integrity.
• Document technical and operational metadata to support future data catalog and governance implementations.
