Job summary

Insight Global is seeking experienced Snowflake Developers to support data-driven initiatives in our healthcare client programs. This remote role requires PST hours and focuses on data extraction, processing, and integration across complex systems to enable compliant encounter submissions.

The team will design and optimize pipelines, working with Snowflake, Python, SQL, and C# to deliver scalable data solutions and end-to-end encounter processing across EDI, claims, and submissions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in Snowflake development, with 2+ recent years’ experience in a healthcare payor/insurance company
• Strong familiarity with Medicare Advantage (MA) programs and encounter submissions
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, C#, ETL, BI tools, data extraction, processing, and integration
• Experience working with healthcare encounter processing (EDI transactions, claims, or encounters)
• Strong understanding of data integration patterns and large-scale data environments
• Previous experience with FACETS

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines to support encounter data processing and integration
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL/ELT) large-scale healthcare datasets from multiple source systems
• Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Snowflake, Python, SQL, and C#
• Support end-to-end encounter processing workflows, including EDI, claims, and encounter submissions
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with healthcare payer standards and regulatory requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve data and integration issues across systems
